At the end of first year service NGO's co-ordination council wants to finds itself at the threshold of more dynamic institutonal phase. Support for the proposal for long term assistance has been partially approved by donors.Take firm messages during first year to prepare for this transition.Systems for programme management and monitoring have been fomulated while programme strategies have been made effective during the year.Organization financial management capacity will be strengthened through investments in accounting systems and manualisation.Additonally, Crafts promotion and Research, Monitoring & Evaluation sections are being added to programme network.These programmes were instrumental in enhancing the enterprising development and analytic capacity of Organization
Central to development initative is socail mobilization .During the mobilization programme completed a process of evolution and strengthened through the implementation to two central initiatives;the new approach is the product of a series of consultations with staff and community partners on how to increase the participation of deprived groups in the development process .The planning which concentrates on democratic decision making and participartory analysis of development priorities.
